[Amaya Travels] Llangollen, Wales (Plas Newydd, Fizzywiggs, Cafe & Books)

This is the last post in the series for Llangollen, Wales~ I will start working on the Scotland pictures next~!

The years seem to pass more quickly than the previous; it's already March! Looking forward to getting my piano exam over and done with, and planning for the Japan trip!

Plas Newydd

Hill St, Llangollen LL20 8AW, United Kingdom

Had the honour of singing in the gardens, and subsequently, in one of the containers in this place! We had to take shelter because it started to rain soon after we began singing.

Such a pretty garden!

Plas Newydd is a historic house in the town of Llangollen, Denbighshire, Wales, and was the home of the Ladies of Llangollen, Lady Eleanor Butler and Sarah Ponsonby, for nearly 50 years. Today, it is run as a museum by Denbighshire County Council. [Taken from Wikipedia.]

Of course, the need to visit some antique shops~!

Gwalia Terrace, Oak St, Llangollen LL20 8NS, United Kingdom

We asked for the most sour sweet they had, and it really lived up to its name! My tongue was numb after just one sweet, and the shop lady said you couldn't eat too many at a time or you might end up with no more tastebuds for a while x.x

Found some interesting hairpins and trinkets in this place!

Pretty stores, and I bought some letter paper and pens to write thank you notes with!

Cafe and Books

17 Castle Street, Llangollen LL20 8NY, Wales

Tel: +44 1978 860334

The place houses a cafe on the first floor, and a bookshop on the second! I spent the most of my time in this cafe, having drinks and writing notes.
